Mount King Landscaping was engaged to manage both the regulatory approval process and the construction of the external landscape works. Our team successfully obtained the Building Permit approval for the front boundary wall and delivered a complete landscape package that complemented the architectural elegance of the residence.
The project scope included the construction of a 1.5-metre-high rendered feature fence with decorative French-style wrought iron panels, premium Bluestone paving and entrance steps, rendered garden walls, exposed aggregate driveways and pathways, charcoal-coloured concrete paving, retaining walls, frameless glass balustrades, turf installation, and extensive garden planting.
Through careful attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and premium material selection, the completed landscape creates a seamless connection between the home’s timeless French architecture and its outdoor living spaces, delivering both functionality and lasting street appeal.
